Do not send private speech scripts, client notes, passwords, private keys, payment details, or confidential business material unless support explicitly asks for a redacted sample.

Privacy Policy

CueBinder Notes stores decks, sections, cue cards, tags, checklist items, practice session records, export records, and backup files on the user's device using Apple's local storage technologies. The app does not require an account. It does not operate its own user analytics service, advertising tracker, cross-app tracking, server sync, or third-party data broker integration in version 1.0.

User-created cue content remains under user control. Users can export text or PDF packets and JSON backups through Apple's system sharing and file interfaces. When a user chooses to share or save an exported file, the selected destination may process the file under that destination's own policies.

Purchases are handled by Apple's StoreKit. Apple may process transaction, subscription, and billing information according to Apple's App Store terms and privacy policies. CueBinder Notes uses StoreKit entitlement information only to unlock Pro features in the app.

The app does not intentionally collect:

• Contact information
• Precise location
• Photos or videos
• Audio recordings
• Health data
• Financial account information
• Advertising identifiers
• User content on E STREAM MEDIA servers

Users can delete app data by deleting decks in the app, deleting exported files from their chosen storage locations, or removing the app from the device.

Terms

CueBinder Notes is provided as a speaking-notes and cue-card management tool. Users are responsible for the content they create, store, present, export, or share.

Free users can create up to 3 active decks and 25 active cards per deck. Pro unlocks higher limits through StoreKit products: Monthly Pro, Yearly Pro, and Lifetime Pro. Exact prices are displayed by Apple in the App Store purchase sheet and may vary by country or region. Subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, family sharing eligibility, and billing are governed by Apple's App Store terms.

Restore Purchases is available in Settings. If a subscription lapses, existing local data remains viewable, editable, exportable, restorable, archivable, and deletable. Pro creation capacity may be limited again until an active entitlement is restored.

CueBinder Notes is not a full slide deck editor, video teleprompter platform, legal compliance product, emergency communications system, or guaranteed speech-performance service.

The app is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. E STREAM MEDIA is not responsible for missed events, presentation outcomes, data loss caused by user deletion or third-party file destinations, or losses from unsupported use.
